A different conversation about periods

Your symptoms deserve attention, not dismissal.

Period pain and difficult symptoms are often treated as something women simply have to accept.

Sissa Rituals offers a more supportive starting point. Together, we look at the patterns you notice, the questions you have, and the parts of your lifestyle that may be worth exploring.

The goal is not perfection. It is greater awareness, clearer choices, and practical rituals that feel sustainable for you.

The Sissa Rituals approach

Support your cycle through four connected pillars.

Menstrual wellbeing is rarely about one habit in isolation. I help you look at the wider picture without turning wellness into another source of pressure.

Nutrition

Explore whole foods, meal patterns, hydration, and gentle herbal rituals in a way that respects your preferences and culture.

Movement

Use yoga, mobility, rest, and adaptable movement to support your body rather than pushing through every phase in the same way.

Education

Learn how your cycle works, recognise useful patterns, and separate grounded information from common menstrual myths.

Empowerment

Build confidence asking questions, communicating concerns, and making informed decisions about your wellbeing.

Start with what you are experiencing

You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for support.

Painful or difficult periods

You want to better understand your experience and explore supportive habits alongside appropriate medical care.

PMS and changing energy

You notice shifts in mood, appetite, sleep, stress, or energy and want a clearer way to observe them.

Endometriosis support

You want education and lifestyle support that can sit alongside the treatment and follow-up provided by your healthcare team.

Confusing wellness advice

You feel overwhelmed by one-size-fits-all recommendations and want a more grounded, balanced approach.

Why I created Sissa Rituals

I spent years believing severe cramps were simply part of having a period.

When the usual answers did not feel right for me, I began exploring what I could influence in my everyday life — food, movement, sleep, alcohol, stress, and body awareness.

That journey, together with a later endometriosis diagnosis, shaped the balanced approach behind Sissa Rituals today: natural support without false promises, extreme restrictions, or replacing medical care.
